Kiely selects along similar lines

MANAGER John Kiely has avoided any major changes to his team for Sunday’s crunch Munster Senior Hurling Championship showdown with Cork at the TUS Gaelic Grounds.

Cathal O’Neill, who chipped in with five glorious points in the thrilling draw away to Tipperary at the weekend, can feel disappointed by his omission.

On the eve of his 27th birthday, Tom Morrissey has been handed his customary number 12 shirt. He has chipped-in with ten points in Championship ’23.

Early attendees can be assured of a lively atmosphere courtesy of Limerick’s brilliant Hermitage Green, who will be on stage from 2pm.

Today (Saturday), Limerick host Offaly in the opening round of the All-Ireland Junior Camogie Championship in Cappamore, 5pm.
