Renowned Newcastle West author Pat McLoughlin is set to launch his latest masterpiece, ‘An Unbreakable Dream‘ (published by Limerick Writers’ Centre), as part of the Éigse Michael Hartnett Literary and Arts Festival this evening.

The launch, taking place on at 6pm this evening (October 6), will be attended by Limerick Minister of State Patrick O’Donovan.

Pat’s new work is a tale that draws parallels between fiction and historical fact, delving into the experiences of Irish individuals who were transported to Australia for what are now considered minor offences.

Pat has written three previous collections of short stories ‘To Weave with Words‘, ‘From Head to Tale‘, and ‘Just One More Thing‘.
