WHILE Limerick will be at the centre of the 2027 Ryder Cup, the buzz is already spreading much further.
Cork chauffeur business iDrive is reporting a lot of Ryder Cup-specific enquiries already and is now fully booked for the duration of the tournament.
Cork hotels are also reporting high demand, said iDrive founder Mark Kelleher, adding: “What struck us is that this is not just a story about Adare.
The demand has been immense. Businesses all over Ireland are benefiting from the buzz around it already.
Even golf enquiries more generally feel to be up, and it really feels like the Ryder Cup is helping put Ireland more firmly on the map for golfing trips.”
