THE shortlist for Limerick Chamber’s Regional Business Awards were announced this week.
The awards, sponsored by TUS, aim to highlight the work being carried out by businesses and community groups throughout the Mid West region.
This year’s awards are the 12th annual awards, with one winner from each of the eight categories to be announced at the awards night in November.
In the Best Employer: Employee Proposition Award category are DELL Technologies, Carelon Global Solutions Ireland Limited, and OBW.
In the Best Not for Profit category, Novas, JumpAgrade, and Rehab Care as part of Rehab Group have been shortlisted.
CloudCards Aviation Software, Croom Precision Medical, and ACI Worldwide are finalists in the Best Business Innovation Excellence category.
Meanwhile, Mater Private Network, OBW Technologies, Master Chefs were shortlisted for the Best SME Business of the Year Award.
The Best Emerging Business Award category saw FemFuelz, Mavarick, and SolarClean Robotics make the shortlist.
Limerick Strand Hotel, No.1 Pery Square, and Clayton Hotel Limerick are nominated in the 2023 Excellence in Customer Experience Award: Retail and Hospitality category.
The International Rugby Experience, H and MV Engineering, and Limerick Twenty Thirty are shortlisted in the Best ESG: Environmental Impact Award 2023.
The final category, Best Contribution to the Community 2023, saw Turas Nua, Cook Medical, and Carelon Global Solutions Ireland Limited added to the short list.
Winners will be chosen by the judging panel of Lorna Conn, Sean Lally of Hotel Woodstock, Liam Woulfe of Grassland Agro, Maria Couchman of the Design and Craft Council Ireland, Tomas Sercovich of Business in the Community Ireland, and Paul Shelly, Independent Non-Executive Director.
The awards ceremony will take place at the Strand Hotel on November 17.
