PATRICKSWELL is set to be cleaned up as the festive period well and truly kicks off, following a call from a local councillor.
Independent councillor Fergus Kilcoyne, an elected representative for Limerick City West, says that he has organised the new deep clean of Patrickswell village for the Christmas period.
This deep cleaning service, according to Cllr Kilcoyne, uses a chemical to clean algae in the area with a hot wash and a pan-floated finish.
“I am delighted with this and would like to see it also happening in our local housing estates as a major clean up from time to time going forward,” he said.
