AWARE, the national organisation for people living with depression, bipolar disorder, or other mood disorders, will run drop-in support groups in Limerick for those who may be struggling with their mental health.

The groups are confidential and allow people to talk openly about depression, bipolar disorder, and other related conditions, as well as their impact on people’s lives.

The groups are open to anyone over the age of 18 who is experiencing a mood related disorder, with no referral or appointment needed.

Aware also offers support groups by Zoom or by phone.

The Limerick groups take place every Tuesday evening at 7pm in Mary Immaculate College.
