Limerick authors make special donation at County Hall presentation

The authors of 1973 - Keeping the Dream Alive made the presentation at County Hall.

AN IMPRESSIVE €12,469 each was presented to The Children’s Ark paediatric unit at University Hospital Limerick and the Limerick Society of St Vincent de Paul from the proceeds of sales of ‘1973 – Keeping the Dream Alive’.

The book, penned by Niall Deegan, James Lundon, and Liam O’Brien, celebrates the success of the legendary Limerick hurling team.

The three author’s made the generous donation at a special presentation, attended by many and hosted by Limerick Mayor Gerald Mitchell, held at County Hall in Dooradoyle.
