PLANS are in the pipeline for a number of new homes in the second largest town in County Limerick.

Kenneally Murphy Architectural, Engineering, and Planning Consultants of Abbeyfeale, on behalf of C&K Collins Builders, published a planning notice on their intent to apply for planning permission to construct 32 new homes at Abbeyfeale West in the County Limerick town.

The proposed development, according to the notice, would consist of 20 semi-detatched homes and 12 terraced homes, with connection to all public utility services and all associated site works.

The planning application may be inspected at the Limerick City and County Council planning department once lodged, and submissions on the plans can be made within five weeks of the application, the planning notice read.
