The brilliant lone score arrived in the 90th minute from prolific striker Darragh Rainsford.
It adds to the Premier League title and Tuohy Cup already won by the ‘View this season.
Fairview will mark its 80th anniversary with a Dress Dance at Castletroy Park Hotel on Saturday October 10.
