GAA Fans to choose as teams play on same day

-

LIMERICK GAA fans will have to chose between their beloved hurlers and footballers this Saturday as both sides are down to play. The Limerick footballers are to take on Offaly at 2pm in the Gaelic Grounds, while hurlers, winners over Wexford last Saturday evening, are to play Antrim at 7pm in Parnell Park in Dublin.

The decision was made by the Central games committee today and ends all chances of Limerick utilizing their dual stars Stephen Lucey and Mark O’Riordan. For more information on tickets and travel, log on to www.GAA.ie
