THE CHRISTMAS party season in Limerick is now in full swing and the After Dark team were out and about last weekend to capture everyone in their festive finery as a host of different companies in Limerick celebrated their Christmas parties at the city centre Strand Hotel.
Everyone from hospital staff to teachers, hair stylists and staff at various stores and businesses all over Limerick and the Mid West region descended on the city last weekend for their Christmas party – and dressing to impress as they did so!
Just some of the staff we spotted enjoying themselves included those from Tesco Coonagh, Seventh Heaven, Melo Yelo, Visage, Barringtons Hospital, New Market on Fergus National school to name but a few.
Arriving guests were treated to a mulled wine reception as they mingled in the hotel foyer and got into the Christmas spirit as Santa and his helpers made his way throughout the beautifully decorated venue for photos.
Afterwards guests made their way downstairs for a delicious four course meal where there were plenty of competitions and live music to keep everyone entertained.
This included music from seven piece band Flashdance followed by a DJ and there were also lots of giveaways and festive treats throughout the evening. After dinner everyone danced the night away to lots of festive tunes as the Christmas party season really got into full swing!
