FESTIVE Favourites at University Concert Hall – previously Carols For All – is an established tradition for families from throughout the region celebrating what this season is all about. Think families getting together, friends, carols, Santa and a wonderful atmosphere of genuine goodwill, set for Sunday November 30 and a child-friendly 3pm showtime.

This year UCH has a stellar group of guests performing a selection of Christmas favourites. The barbershop quartet group 4 In A Bar will take to the UCH stage for the first time and audiences can expect to enjoy their quirky take songs from Jingle Bells to hymns such as O, Holy Night.
Parteen National School Choir will delight the kids with their variety of songs including a favourite from ‘Frozen’.

The fun will continue as one of UCH’s panto stars Myles Breen brings a flavour of what to expect from Jack & The Beanstalk.

MC for the day Liam O’Brien is a sensational singer and actor himself. Jean McGlynn takes to the stage also, having wowed audiences in Limerick’s Dream Will Do last October, with Jason Donovan. She’s fresh out of carrying the lead role in ‘The Rise and Fall of Little Voice’, College Players’ annual production.
