GAA – Two Limerick sides remain

The Intermediate footballers from the west village are in action this weekend as they face Kiskeam of Cork. The game, which throws in at 2pm in Mallow, will be refereed by Sean Lonergan from Tipperary. Should Adare progress, they will face either Kilfenora or Kenmare in the final which would be played on November 27.
With Patrickswell losing to Glen Rovers last week, coming after Monaleen lost to Kilmoyley, the footballers of Adare and Gerald Griffins are keeping the Limerick flag flying.
Griffins are set to face the winners of Glenbeigh-Glencar of Kerry or Ballyduff Lower of Waterford in the Junior Football championship on Sunday November 20.
In local GAA fixtures, the third round of the  County Premier U21 Football Championship takes place this Friday night as Adare face Monaleen, Fr Caseys take on Rathkeale Cappagh and Oola battle Na Piarsaigh.
On Saturday, the County Minor A Hurling Championship , Final betweem Kilteely Dromkeen and Kildimo-Pallaskenry will throw in at 2pm.
Finally, on Sunday, the County Intermediate Hurling Championship final between Mungret St Paul’s and  Pallasgreen will throw in at 2.30pm in Killmallock.
