Limerick’s Greg O’Shea is in the final of Love Island

Limerick man Greg O’Shea has reached the final of Love Island.

The rugby player will appear on tonight’s show alongside Amber whom he is coupled with.

The 24-year-old only entered the villa two weeks ago but hit it off with Amber and has become a firm favourite to scoop the £50k prize.

Should Greg and Amber win the show they will have the option to split the prize money or else one can walk away with it all.

Also in the running for the cash prize is Longford’s Maura Higgins who is coupled with professional dancer Curtis Pritchard.

Molly Mae and boxer Tommy Tyson, who have been in a relationship for a few weeks, are also in the final as is basketball player Ovie and India.

The winner is based on a voting system but people in Ireland cannot vote as it is only open to the UK and voting lines close at 8.45pm tonight.

The Love Island final kicks off at 9pm on Virgin Media Two where host Caroline Flack will be live inside the villa speaking with the couples and crowning the winners.
