Like so many other businesses EmployAbility Limerick have had to adapt to blended working, for us this meant engaging with employers and business networks over Zoom. However this helped the service reach more companies and we have had a positive response with a number of businesses providing job opportunities for our clients last year; it is so encouraging for the future.”

One business was Optima Training & Consulting based in Castletroy, Adrian Carmody says “Optima Training are delighted to work with the team at Employability Limerick and highly recommend their service and support in the very beneficial work they do.
