LIMERICK singer-songwriter Laura Duff will release Live at the Coach House, a four-track live recording drawn from her debut album Sea Legs, filmed at the Coach House at the People’s Museum of Limerick.
The performance, which will be available in full from Thursday May 28, sees Duff joined by producer and collaborator Mícheál Keating — known for his work with Péist and The Low Field, and formerly of Bleeding Heart Pigeons — for a stripped-back rendering of some of the album’s standout tracks.
Sea Legs, released one year ago and produced by Keating, is an intimate and introspective body of work rooted in experiences of grief, distinguished by Duff’s direct and unflinching approach to songwriting. The setting of the Coach House compliments these direct, unvarnished sentiments, felt throughout her debut.
The live session was directed by Chris Buckley, with additional footage and editing by Graham Patterson. Sound was recorded by Diarmuid Ó Sé and mixed by Mícheál Keating.
Live at the Coach House will be available on YouTube
