THERE was plenty of cause for celebration at Finucanes Electrical Expert this week when popular staff member Seán Heelan won the Salesperson of the Year Award which was selected from all 66 Expert Electrical stores across Ireland.
The Finucanes Electrical Expert team at the Eastway Business Park on the Ballysimon Road are trained by industry brand leaders to provide their customers with the best possible shopping experience.
Seán has worked in the electrical retail business for the last 29 years, and has worked with Finucanes Electrical Expert since 2017. He was regarded by his colleagues as the perfect candidate for this year’s award, with his unmatched product knowledge, and his willingness to go above and beyond for each individual customer.
Since Seán joined the team at Finucanes, he has proven to be extremely hardworking, motivated, and above all, a valued member as he surpassed sales targets, month-after-month – helping customers of Finucanes Electrical Expert to find their perfect products.
He has received many positive reviews from clients throughout his years at Finucanes Electrical Expert, with happy customers taking the time to leave favourable social media reviews.
Seán was nominated by his colleagues at Finucanes and undertook a series of interviews and assessments to be successfully considered as a finalist for this very tough competition.
The Awards were held last Friday night when the finalists were assessed on their rock-solid expert knowledge, expert skills, customer relationships, and troubleshooting abilities, with Seán receiving the 2021 Award due to his consistently outstanding performance.
