LIMERICK City and County Council has been asked  to liaise with Transport Infrastructure Ireland (TII) to resolve the problem of traffic congestion on the N21 at the Bridge of Tears roundabout in Newcastle West.

The call was made by independent councillor Jerome Scanlan who was informed by the Senior Executive Engineer with the Council’s Operations and Maintenance Department that they will speak with the TII about the possibility of installing a yellow junction box on the roundabout.
