‘Oh You Wild Thing’ is the fifth single from singer-songwriter, dancer Dora Gola. Now based in West Clare and working with renowned piano player/producer Darragh Keary, Dora’s new track is a freedom call to wildlife and a sensual canon sung with heady, pagan poetry.
With a nod to some of her influences, Bjork and Kate Bush, ‘Oh You Wild Thing’ packs an emotional punch and is cinematic in it’s ambition.
Dora is now permanently working with Darragh Keary, a multi instrumentalist and renowned piano player. Together they create powerful sweeping songs that are epic sonically and melodically reflect the natural environment and conjure a tone and direction that looks to rekindle the connection that has been lost between humanity and mother nature, forcing us all to rediscover the simple beauty of the earth and bridge the gap that has grown in these modern times.
