Beirne back for Munster’s clash with the Warriors

Tadhg Beirne returns to the Munster team.

IN A huge boost to Munster, Tadhg Beirne has been included in the starting XV for tomorrow’s massive URC quarter-final outing away to Glasgow Warriors this Saturday (7.35pm, live on RTÉ & Premier Sports).

It’s Beirne’s first appearance for the province since sustaining an ankle injury while on international Six Nations duty in February.

The welcome inclusion of the 31-year-old is one of two changes to the side that drew with Sharks in Durban a fortnight ago as Munster look to become the first visiting team to win at Scotstoun this season.

Both switches are in the pack as RG Snyman comes into the second row, while Beirne starts at blindside flanker.

Mike Haley starts at full-back with Calvin Nash and Shane Daly on either flank.
