On the senior front, Treaty United’s season ended with a misleading 2-0 loss at Waterford, as the visitors were the better side on show but were unable to convert possession into scores.

Treaty finished sixth (44 points from 36 matches) in the League of Ireland First Division, just one point outside a promotion play-off position.

Tommy Barrett is to remain in charge under the club’s new owners, it has been confirmed.
