FOUR power washers were stolen from a commercial premises on Childers Road earlier this month.
According to Garda John Finnerty, Henry Street Garda Station, the red Honda power washers, worth around €900 each, were stolen during a break in which took place between the hours of 5pm on Friday December 8 and 8.30am the following morning.
“The thief cut the perimeter fence to enter the compound,” Garda Finnerty said, adding that they “would have utilised some mode of transport to take the power washers away”.
Gardaí in Roxboro (061 214 340) are appealing for any witnesses to the robbery to come forward.
