A MAN in his 60s lost his life today (January 16) after a tragic farm accident at his family farm in an East Limerick.
The farmer, from Galbally in County Limerick, was working with a tractor at around 3pm when the accident happened, Garda sources have confirmed.
Emergency services attended the scene and Gardaí are preparing a report for the coroner. The Health and Safety Authority are to conduct an investigation.
