LIMERICK motorists may face some delays when travelling on a busy local road over the next few nights.
Limerick City and County Council have advised motorists that the N18 Limerick Tunnel will undergo night works early next week.
The works will see the tunnel reduced to a single lane on each side, with contra-flow traffic in operation in the tunnel from 7.30pm to 6am.
The works will take place from Monday (March 4) to Thursday (March 7) of this week.
Abnormal loads will also be restricted from using the tunnel at these times.

Limerick City and County Council say that they regret any inconvenience caused to road users during the duration of the works.
