Limerick Council launches fifth private rightsizing scheme

Limerick City and County Council has launched its fifth private rightsizing scheme in Castletroy.

LIMERICK City and County Council has launched its fifth private rightsizing scheme.

Located at Brú na Gruadán, Castletroy, the private rightsizing scheme caters for people over the age of 55 who want to downsize to a smaller home, in association with the local authority and Focus Housing Association.

The new homes will be available from the end of this month.

The new homes have front and back gardens and pets may be allowed, subject to consultation.

The closing date for the receipt of applications is March 22 at 5pm.
