THREE Limerick students have been honoured as female cycling ambassadors.
รadaoin O’Sullivan, Emily McMahon, and Zoe Oliszewska from Crescent College Comprehensive were honoured for their contributions to female cycling at the #AndSheCycles awards in Dublin.
The #AndSheCycles programme is an initiative of Green Schools Travel, following research that showed a huge discrepancy in the number of girls who cycle to school.
The Limerick students received a medal for their achievements.
