A diverse range of commercial, residential and development opportunities across Limerick City and County will go under the hammer at a public and online auction hosted by GVM Auctioneers on behalf of Limerick City & County Council on July 1st. The auction will take place at Fitzgeralds Woodlands House Hotel in Adare and online via the LSL Auctions platform.
The catalogue features a mix of industrial units, town properties and development sites highlighting investment opportunities in both urban and rural locations throughout the county.
Among the larger offerings are two industrial warehouse properties at Galvone Industrial Estate in Limerick City. Unit 12 comprises a substantial warehouse and office facility on a one-acre site, while neighbouring Unit 13 includes workshop space, offices and a telecommunications mast, appealing to commercial operators and investors alike.
Residential properties include a period red-brick terrace on Clare Street in Limerick City directly opposite the Limerick School of Art & Design campus. Although requiring full refurbishment, the property retains many original features and occupies a prime city centre location. A compact mid-terrace house in Ballingarry also comes to market, offering renovation potential with room for extension to the rear.
Elsewhere, a small lock-up shed and yard at Brewery Lane in Askeaton may suit storage or garage use, while a sizeable development site on Churchtown Road in Newcastle West presents an opportunity for residential development (spp) in one of West Limerick’s key towns.
Commercial land at Kilmallock Business Park rounds off the auction list, with the 1.25-acre site located within an established enterprise and retail hub already home to several major occupiers and public services.
