WESLEY Joyce rode the third double of his career when sharing winners with trainer John O’Donoghue and Eoin Doyle at Dundalk at the weekend.

When on the comeback trail late last season, Joyce landed a brace of winners at both Bellewstown and Navan and the Moyross jockey repeated the feat here with some aplomb.

For O’Donoghue, Joyce scored with Miss Jack Black (7/2) in the six-furlong maiden for three-year-olds.

For Doyle, the in-form pilot rode Moondharrig (7/2) to victory in the 10-furlong handicap and to complete a lovely double.

Moodharrig was winning for the third time this year, and Joyce has been in the saddle on each occasion.
