Search stood down for woman reported missing from Limerick City

THE search has been stood down after a woman who had been missing from Limerick City was found safe and well.

39-year-old Sarah Maher was reported missing yesterday (Wednesday) by Gardaí, with a Garda statement saying that both Gardaí and Ms Maher’s family had been concerned for her wellbeing.

This Thursday afternoon, Gardaí confirmed Ms Maher had been found safe and well.

Gardaí thanked the media and the public for their assistance.
